Pretty pumped... Just got official confirmation that I am in the New York Marathon in 2009. So excited. Lots of early mornings in the months ahead for me. Bet the BF is super excited that he will be woken up extra early very often.

Went and saw Inner Party System tonight at the cool spot if you're emo and in high school aka Soma. Pretty good show... Sweet laser action.

Super excited for the Casbah tomorrow night. Jessica Lea Mayfield is playing, whose album was produced by Dan Auerbach (of the Black Keys), and the Annuals are playing as well. Get yer tickets and come enjoy the music.

Happy Groundhog Day!!!

It's official... we have 6 more weeks of winter according to this little guy...

I on the other hand am rather excited about watching some great Bill Murray action tonight in celebration of this holiday. Groundhog Day has to be one of the best movies ever made and I know that Natasha has never seen it (she lived in a cave her whole life) so I am going to force her to watch this one.

seriously. critical mass was amazing, and I have spent the entire weekend recounting every single part of it (including the getting lost and going to point loma part) haha.

but BESIDES that, something new has captured my interest. something that came in the mail two seconds ago. my WHOPPER SACRIFICE....also known as the best thing to ever happen...EVAR.

a few weeks ago i wrote about a facebook application made by burger king that allows you to delete ten of your friends to receive a free whopper (of course, the application tells your "friend" you are deleting why you deleted them, which is....horribly amazing/bad-ass). eh-hem....who could resist? I am going to proudly present this to my local burger king tomorrow. oh man, this is going to be so so epic.

OH and i was just informed by our lovely maureen that today is groundhog day. Boy i live in a cave sometimes...Happy G Day affectionate people!!
