well, i don't know about charming, but this is a cute little nail brush that im sure any one would die to have (or die from having? tetanus anyone?) . quite obviously, its a nail-brush, you know to clean your nails with, but at the same time its a NAIL with a BRUSH on it...HO-LY-COW. haha.
no really though this brush is so cool, because somehow its made by blind people in a German factory for a puny thirty five bucks. yummmyyy
